About Susan Hatch:
Susan Hatch is a lifelong resident of Shakopee, Minnesota with her husband Tim, and their three dogs, Magnus, Gabby, and Rolex, and three cats, Dinger, Zoomer, and Squeekers. She started grooming at the age of 14. She groomed her way through high school and college. After graduating from The University of Minnesota she dabbled in a couple other careers but I always felt a strong pull towards the grooming industry. So in 2012 after working several as full-time as a groomer, she decided to open her own shop: Fancy Paws. In 2014 she started showing dogs and in 2016 she made the decision to enter into Competitive Grooming. In 2017, less than one year after she started, she was placed in the top 10 groomers in the USA and became an official member of GroomTeam USA! She was ranked (2017) as the #7 Groomer, and #3 in Sporting in the USA! She continues to master her skills, and work towards her goal of becoming an even better groomer.
